Shipping is free throughout Italy with delivery times of 4/5 working days. For 24/48 hour shipping, the cost is €6 for GLS courier and €7.50 for SDA courier.
Shipments are made via traceable GLS or SDA courier (customer's choice).
As required by commercial laws, Ranpollo.com shipments will be accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euros.
Ranpollo.com reserves the right to ship purchased products to the address provided during registration.

ORDER STATUS

It is possible to check the shipping of your orders by requesting the shipping tracking number. The tracking number will be automatically communicated by email from both us and the GLS courier, which will also provide a link for independent delivery management. We would like to remind our customers that once orders for items already available are confirmed, they cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be processed within 4/5 working days, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, barring delays due to unforeseen technical problems.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Estimated delivery times from the shipping date: 2/3 days for main locations, 4 days for islands and remote areas, barring delays due to courier issues not attributable to the company.
Ranpollo.it reserves the right to postpone shipping if events of force majeure occur.
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the shipment. If the packaging appears tampered with, customers are requested to sign for receipt with reservation.

In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package tampering, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Ranpollo.com at info@ranpollo.com.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Ranpollo.it and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
If the goods are not delivered due to reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of cash on delivery, if the customer does not collect the package, the company G3m Studio srls reserves the right to cancel other cash on delivery orders received from the same person.
