RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Ranpollo.com offers its customers a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return them. You will be refunded as provided by current regulations.

The law provides a period of 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise the right of withdrawal. To use this guarantee, simply follow the procedure below:

Products must be intact, in their original packaging, and with adequate sealed outer packaging.
All transport costs will be borne by the customer who can decide whether to:
- Replace the goods with another product;
- Receive a purchase voucher for the value of the return;
- Have the amount credited back, excluding shipping costs if they benefited from the "free shipping for orders over €44.00" offer, and the cash on delivery commission cost, if applicable, of €4.00.
